Orders are normally shipped from Guangdong, China.

Worldwide Shipping

Kudon Hobby offers worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our carriers and permitted by applicable transport, customs, and import regulations. Product prices include standard worldwide shipping unless a product page, quotation, or checkout page clearly states otherwise.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For approved destinations, standard customs duties and import taxes are covered by Kudon Hobby. Customers should not be charged additional standard import duties upon delivery. Charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, customer-requested changes, storage, redelivery, or exceptional local requirements may not be covered.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment verification and confirmation that a compliant shipping route is available for the destination. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and product configuration. We will provide available tracking information after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Batteries and Hydraulic Oil

Where included with the purchased configuration, lithium batteries, chargers, transmitters, and hydraulic oil are shipped using appropriate compliant channels. Battery documentation, including MSDS and UN38.3 documentation, is available. Carrier or destination restrictions may require separate packaging, a different route, or additional processing. If a compliant route is not available, we will contact the customer before shipment to agree on an alternative solution or refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, recipient name, telephone number, and any information required for customs clearance. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Damage, Missing Parts, and Delivery Problems

Please inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing parts must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos and videos. These cases will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

全球配送

Kudon Hobby 向承运商能够服务、且符合相关运输、海关和进口法规的目的地提供全球配送。除非产品页面、报价或结账页面另有明确说明，产品价格均包含全球标准配送费用。

关税与进口税费

对于已确认可以配送的目的地，标准关税及进口税费由 Kudon Hobby 承担，客户在正常情况下无需在签收时另付标准进口关税。因地址错误或不完整、拒收、客户要求变更、仓储、二次派送或特殊当地要求产生的额外费用可能不在承担范围内。

订单处理与送达

订单将在付款核实并确认目的地存在合规运输渠道后安排发出。送达时间取决于目的地、承运商、清关流程及产品配置。发出后，我们会提供可用的物流追踪信息。所有送达日期均为预计时间，可能受到承运商延误、海关查验、天气、节假日或其他超出我们合理控制范围的情况影响。

电池与液压油

若购买配置包含锂电池、充电器、遥控器及液压油，将通过适当的合规渠道运输。电池具备 MSDS、UN38.3 等相关资料。承运商或目的地限制可能要求分开包装、更换路线或增加处理流程。如无法找到合规运输渠道，我们会在发货前联系客户，协商替代方案或退款。

地址准确性

客户必须提供完整准确的收货地址、邮编、收件人姓名、电话号码及清关所需信息。如需修改地址，请尽快联系我们；订单发出后可能无法更改。

运输损坏、缺件及配送问题

请在签收后及时检查货物。运输损坏、错发或缺件必须在签收后7个自然日内报告，并提供订单号及清晰的照片和视频。相关情况将按照我们的退款与退货政策处理。
